The Arizona Contractors Association will hold a golf tournament Friday, June 5 at the Shalimar Country Club Golf Course, 2032 E. Golf Ave. in Tempe. The tournament will raise money for the ACA's Political Action Committee, a mechanism for like-minded individuals to pool their resources and magnify their political influence.
Registration for the 9-hole stroke play tournament begins at 7:30 a.m., with breakfast also being served. Tee times begin at 8:30. The cost of entry ranges from $100-350.
