Shea Homes introduces their 5500 Series
floor plans to Mountain Shadows at
Arroyo Mountain Estates in Litchfield Park

Shea Homes Arizona has just introduced their 5500 series floor plans in Mountain Shadows at Arroyo Mountain Estates in Litchfield Park. This is only the second community in the Valley to feature these six new versatile floor plans. The 5500 series offers innovative designs including two with optional basements all in the shadows of the picturesque White Tank Mountains.

• Plan 5501, the single level Columbia, is a 2,791 square foot plan that includes three to five bedrooms and two and a half baths. The Columbia features a front courtyard a morning room/study cove and an optional guest suite. From the low $240s.

• Plan 5503 is the Cornell, which comes in at 4,183 square feet and is a two story model featuring a loft and master suite, between four and six bedrooms and three and a half baths. From the mid $340s.

• Plan 5504, the Notre Dame, is a two story model with 4,567 square feet and has between four and six bedrooms. It has three and a half baths and features a loft and master suite. From the low $360s.

• Plan 5512 is the Georgetown. This flexible plan has up to seven bedrooms and four and a half baths. This plan is unique in that it has three levels including a basement, not frequently seen in the Valley. It is 4,499 square feet. From the high $350s.

• Plan 5513, the Carnegie, is the largest plan at 5,629 square feet. Like the Georgetown, the Carnegie also features a basement, up to seven bedrooms and four and a half baths. From the high $390s.
